Cross-Reference Plugin for ServiceNow
Have you ever seen a pair of shoes that you want to buy, but can't find out where you can buy them? Have you ever been trying to look up a specific detail in a document that you want to read through, and have no idea how to get to the next page? Have you ever wanted to see a report that you prepared, but can't find it?
If so, you can look up the information in your ServiceNow environment using this tool, a cross-reference plugin for ServiceNow. You can also look up related information in other ServiceNow instances, or use this tool as a map between two instances.
How it works:
First of all, you should install this plugin on your device, and then you will be able to use it. After that, you should open this tool in the Services menu and then select the Crossreference tab. In the instance where the connection is established, you will see a button that says "Find Match." Click on it to get a list of all matching records.
